1 – Como foi se apresentar diante de todos no Tomorrowland Brasil?Vimos que no final do set você saiu do palco e foi até a multidão.
Eu estava gravando entrevistas na área artística e me disseram a hora e eu estava atrasado, então tive que correr para o palco, então ficou tudo um pouco confuso.Eu não tinha certeza de qual era a vibração do palco, pois não tive a chance de visitá-lo antes de tocar, mas quando cheguei havia energia e eu ADORO ISSO.Já era dia e noite então parecia uma vibe house e começamos lá e acabamos tocando minhas próprias faixas lime Moon and stars e alguns bootlegs e Ids também.Todo mundo lá estava filmando e vibrando.Era estranho olhar para cima e ver pessoas me observando às vezes.Não dançando.Apenas observando o que estava acontecendo enquanto a energia crescia em nossa sessão.Esqueci que pode ser estranho para as pessoas me verem na vida real quando só estão acostumadas a me ouvir na One World Radio ou entrevistar Djs no YouTube!Mas está tudo bem.Estou feliz que todos estejam lá.Teve muito carinho de todos e eu senti muita vontade de estar na pista também. Sou um clubista de coração. Eu adoro estar lá também. Tenho sorte de poder escolher e tocar faixas, mas adoro estar na frente, compartilhando esse momento com todos. Estou voltando e farei mais shows ano que vem com certeza pelo menos em São Paulo.
2 – Qual foi a entrevista com um artista da rádio Tomorrowland que mais te impactou?
Focando apenas no TML Brasil 23, consegui acompanhar Patrick Mason, Afrojack, Joris Voorn, Anna, Martin Garrix, Lost Frequencies e muitos mais. Tive uma ótima conversa pessoal com Kolsch sobre Life e seu novo álbum “i talk to water’ o que foi incrível, mas no Tomorrowland Brasil Tiesto estava animado com uma house sueca Maffia Collab que poderia acontecer no próximo ano e que levou ao meu bate-papo favorito que estava com Steve Angello. É a terceira vez que nos falamos este ano. Se você assistir a entrevista no meu you tube, há muitos ovos de páscoa sobre o que eles estão planejando individualmente e como a Swedish House Maffia. Olhe nas entrelinhas e você ouvirá o que quero dizer! Tempos emocionantes pela frente em 2024!
3 – Quais são os seus projetos para 2024, alguma novidade que possa revelar?
Estou super animado com meu recente lançamento com Vikthor. Don’t Give in In, do novo selo, Mahool foi tocado por todos em todos os lugares nos últimos meses, mas ninguém sabia que era a nossa música. De Carl Cox no KappA Futur a Red Rocks, passando por Burning Man e Adam Beyer e ADE e Ilario Alicante arrasando durante seus sets. Tem sido elétrico. Eu e Vikthor temos muito mais lançamentos em 2024, começando com uma faixa chamada ‘One Day’. Super evocativo e vindo em um rótulo muito próximo do meu coração! Também tenho trabalhado em projetos solo e também com pessoas super talentosas em estilos diferentes que estou muito animado em compartilhar. Há tanta coisa borbulhando ao meu redor e é tão emocionante. Mal posso esperar para compartilhar essas experiências com você e todos os detalhes. Neste momento, tenho que ser paciente. 4 – Quais são suas referências musicais na hora de produzir ou preparar um set?
ADORO preparar conjuntos. Eu gasto muito tempo preparando-os meticulosamente e sinto que isso lhe dá uma estrutura para brincar, mas não me limito a eles! Então, qual é o sentido de prepará-los? Eu sinto que fui contratado para jogar minha energia em qualquer lugar que eu vá, então a preparação me ajuda a construir meu nível de energia básico. Ao entrar em uma sala ou palco, você pode decidir por onde começar nessa lista de reprodução e para onde irá com base no que vê e ouve. Devo dizer que toquei 2 sets no Brasil e me diverti muito. Mal posso esperar para voltar e espalhar mais energia em 2024

6 – Como você vê a evolução do cenário eletrônico global?
Sim, GRANDE PERGUNTA! A vida é um jogo. O caminho que você segue na vida é um spin-off. Você escolhe se quer completar o jogo ou apenas se divertir fazendo algumas tarefas que te deixam feliz. Nossa cena, como qualquer coisa, também é um jogo. Existem níveis e você tem especialistas, tem amadores e tem pessoas que usam códigos de crack para trapacear no jogo. Você escolhe seu caminho e vive de acordo com essa decisão. As pessoas que escolhem o caminho certo nos levarão até onde estamos indo. Onde é isso. Nós temos que esperar e ver.
7 – O que você está ouvindo no momento?
Eu amo 68% de tudo que é música eletrônica. AH! Eu ouço MUITA música, desde promoções a álbuns de artistas, faixas que procuro em meus sets e também um enorme catálogo de faixas que me inspiraram. Também estou ouvindo um monte de coisas não assinadas, pois algo emocionante está acontecendo, então muita escuta está acontecendo. Conjuntos de destaque recentes incluem a recente sessão de perseguição e status da caldeira, Layton Giordani + Nicole Moudaber b2b de volta da TMLl Brasil e Anna e Vintage Culture B2b da TML Brasil. 9 – Uma dica para quem está começando na carreira de DJ
Essa estratégia leva tempo, mas siga, observe e ouça as pessoas que você admira. Por que você os admira? Faça isso para sempre. Essas pessoas provavelmente mudarão com o tempo, assim como seus gostos. Qual é o fator comum em todos eles. Esse é o seu USP. Amplie esses fatores comuns e torne-os seus ao longo do tempo. Isso é quem você é. Fique nesse espaço. Se você fizer o seu melhor trabalho hoje, há uma chance de que seja melhor amanhã.
1 – What was it like performing in front of everyone at Tomorrowland Brasil? We saw that at the end of the set, you got off the stage and went to the crowd.
I was recording interviews in the artist area and I was told the time and I was late so had to rush to stage so it was all a bit of a blur.
I wasn’t sure what the stage vibe was liek as I hadn’t had a chance to visit it before playing but when I arrived there was energy and I LOVE THAT.
It was daytime into evening so it felt like a house vibe and we started there and ended up playing my own tracks lime Moon and stars and some bootlegs and Ids too. Everyone there was filming and vibing. It was strange to look up and see people watching me sometimes. Not dancing. Just watching what was happening as the energy grew into our session. I forget it might be weird for people to see me in real life when they are only used to hearing me on One World Radio or interviewing Djs on YouTube! It’s all good though. I’m happy everyone is there.
There was a lot of love from everyone and I felt it so wanted to be on the dancefloor too. I’m a clubber at heart. I love to be there too. I’m just lucky I get to choose and play tracks but I love to be in the front sharing that moment with everyone. I’m coming back and will do more shows next year for sure in Sao Paulo at least.
2 – What was the interview with an artist on radio Tomorrowland that impacted you the most?
Focussing solely on TML BRasil 23, I managed to catch up with Patrick Mason, Afrojack, Joris Voorn, Anna, Martin Garrix, Lost Frequencies and many more. Had a great personal catch-up with Kolsch about Life and his new album “i talk to water’ which was amazing but at Tomorrowland Brasil Tiesto was excited about a Swedish house Maffia Collab that could happen next year and that led to my favourite chat which was with Steve Angello. Its the 3rd time we’ve spoken this year. If you watch the interview on my you tube, there are so many easter eggs into what they are planning individually and as the Swedish House Maffia. Look between the lines and you’ll hear what I mean! Exciting times ahead in 2024!
3 – What are your projects for 2024, any news you can reveal?
I’m super excited about my recent release with Vikthor. Don’t Give in In on new label Mahool has been played everywhere by everyone these last months but no one knew it was our track. From Carl Cox at KappA Futur to Red Rocks via Burning Man and Adam Beyer and ADE and Ilario Alicante smashing it during his sets. Its been electric.
Myself and Vikthor have a load more releases in 2024 starting with a track called ‘One Day’. Super evocative and coming on a label very close to my heart!
I’ve also been working on solo projects and also working with super talented people in different styles which i’m really excited about sharing.
Theres so much bubbling around me and it’s so exciting. I can’t wait to share these experiences with you and all the details. Just right now, I have to be patient.

4 – What are your musical references when producing or preparing a set?
I LOVE preparing sets. I spend so much time meticulously preparing them and I feel that gives you a frame work to play from but i don’t stick to them! So whats the point of preparing them? I feel that i’ve been booked to play my energy in whatever place I go so teh preparation helps me build my base level energy. When you get into a room or stage, you then can decide where you start in that playlist and where you go veer off to based on what you see and hear.
I have to say I played 2 sets in Brasil and had so much fun. I can’t wait to come back and spread more energy in 2024

6 – How do you see the global electronic scene evolving?
Yeah BIG QUESTION!
Life is a game. The path you take in life is a spin-off.
You choose if you want to complete the game or just enjoy doing some tasks that make you happy.
Our scene, like anything, is also a game. There are levels and you have experts, you have amateurs and you have people that use crack codes to cheat the game.
You choose your path and live by that decision. The people who choose the right path will evolve us to where we are going.
Where that is. We have to wait and see.
7 – What are you listening to at the moment?
I love 68% of everything Electronic music. HA! I listen to ALOT of music from promos to artist albums to tracks that i’m searching for in my sets and also a huge back catalog of tracks that have inspired me. Also listening to loads of unsigned stuff as something exciting is happening so lots of listening going on.
Recent stand out sets include the recent chase and status boiler room session, Layton Giordani + Nicole Moudaber b2b back from TMLl Brasil and Anna and Vintage Culture B2b from TML Brasil.

9 – A tip for those starting out in their DJ career
This strategy takes time but follow, watch and listen to the people you admire. Why do you admire them. Do that for ever. Those people will most likely change over time as will your tastes.
What is the common factor in all of them. That’s your USP. Zoom in on those common factors and make them your own over time. That’s who you are. Stay in that space. If you do your best work today, there’s a chance it will be better tomorrow.
